Just for your future reference: You should do orders of this amount onsite. Telegram conversations can be deleted and fabricated quite easily.

Sorry for your loss OP, but it's nothing new. This specific user has done this multiple times in the past. He takes a couple of hundred or thousand dollars from members via scamming > gets banned > creates a new account > buys a Premium Membership > and then repeats the whole process again, usually once a month.
We, the older members, often know what's going to happen weeks in advance. I personally reported him about two weeks ago, but on this forum, proof and a Dispute Thread are needed to get someone banned for scamming.
