I created a new site a few days ago, published 5 articles and then added it to GSC by submitting the sitemap. The posts are interlinked with a wordpress plugin and I continued to publish 2-3 posts per day. Every day I manually request indexing of 1-2 "random" posts and Google indexed them correctly after a couple of hours. The site is new and the domain is completely new. For now Google only index the pages that I submit manually.
Is this a good sign in your opinion?

so far it looks good, if it takes some time it does't mean is bad I waited for a few hours or a day but I'm not postinig too much only when I need to update or make some changes.

It is very good.

Yes, it is a good sign! Google is indexing your manually submitted pages quickly, showing it acknowledges your site.

Keep publishing quality content, building backlinks, and improving site structure and technical SEO; over time, Google will start indexing more pages automatically as your site's authority grows.

Yes, it’s a positive sign that Google is indexing your pages after manual submission, indicating that your site is being recognized and crawled.

For new sites better understanding is after at least 10 days, but if your posts remain indexed for more than 7 days, then this is very good sign

A normal sign, nothing amazing, nothing bad, nothing to worry about, keep going

Did you build any backlinks before requesting the manual index?
