Reddit has plenty of tech subreddits so that's definitely a good niche there.

The downside is you're in a very competitive niche, so you need to differentiate very well to make people choose your VPS/hosting plans.

i think you can look for a person who faced problems with existing providers and guide them and pitch your product indirectly and send them to website, after that retarget them using facebook and google.

almost anything works in reddit, you just have to check your audience if they're active in there.

It's tricky posting direct affiliate links on reddit, specially popular and big subs. Most users on reddit are snowflakes who get triggered seeing an affiliate link and may call you out. If you have a blog or landing page and post that link in a comment that provides value, sure you can get a lot of traffic.
