I also remember Sameer asking me for rep a few times, let me check history and report back later.
EDIT: Sorry, I can't seem to find the convo for some reason but it went along the lines of:
1) I thanked Sameer for one of his posts
2) I was speaking to him on Skype and he realised I thanked one of his posts
3) He gave me 10 or so rep (I never asked for it)
4) He then told me to leave him the same rep
5) I said I don't know how to give out more than +1 rep (I still don't know how)
6) He then said, this and this, do this.. and test it out on my profile (basically asking for +10 rep)
I ignored him from there. He asked me a few times, "Sir are you done", but I ignored.
It may have been a while ago but Sameer - you should focus on getting your rep by itself, and not asking others for it. Apart from that, you're a nice guy.

Most likely that he unblocked you to see if he can download the history!
I had someone trying to sell contentlockerpro so I blocked the person but told the owners (meathead) but couldnt show the history after blocking and deleting

Difference Between Sameer5762 and Other Reputed BHW Members:
Shares few useful sites while claiming to have a huge list with him and mentions that he would like to share it only if members PM him and ask for it. Each member asking for the big list needs to either thank him or rep him (he does not shout about it but that is the hidden criteria to get some reps).
Only those people get the list who rep him or thank him before looking at the list and confirming whether it is as useful as hyped or not. Most people jst shout in his created thread about receiving a list and how they loved it and thet they will test it. No one usually comes back to show its effects( human psycology. same used by copywriters while giving a money back guarantee)
Now Mr.Sameer ends up with good amount of reps and thanks and the story ends.

His useful tumblr method (though I had heard that before from a SEO guy, but new to many of bhw people) helped lot of people to get their backlinks on high PR pages of tumblr which has a great reputation btw in the eyes of google. So the method helped.
If I am not wrong repwhoring is not allowed on BHW as well. Not trying to flame anyone, just speaking (writing) facts.
Be on BHW to help people and you will get fame. Try repwhoring and you will be a shame.

Good to see that some sort of action was taken against him. Overall, he is a nice guy so he shouldn't be gone forever, but what he has done in the past, and still does now, needs to stop cuz it's definitely not a professional way.
