This guy's hard work paid off

This can happen with any youtuber. This a lot of patience is required to become success in YouTube.
 
Met a gamer about a 8 months ago. He had about 3k subs playing a game that's saturated af. He was making peanuts and uploaded well over 200 videos already through the course of about 3 years. All of his videos top of the notch production-wise and it was obvious he put his heart and soul into this. I'd say 99% of others would quit much sooner. Average video duration in the game was about 8min, his videos were often 20+ minutes. He told me that he's waiting for the Youtube algo to kick in. I didn't think he had many chances, but 2 months later the algo kicked. 1 mio views on a single video, 6-figure subs, went from zero to hero in a heartbeat basically. I'm not in Youtube niche, but some of these stories are inspiring af. Hard work pays off.
