That miner is having a party on some beach with his friends and family right now. Just a joke. I am not aware of technical aspect of how this works . May be other members can explain.

I don't get it, whenever I send back and forth from Binance and Trust Wallet fees are automatically calculated, I just select sometimes for slow or fast transactions from some other places. How do you manually "set up" fees?

While sending coin on Trust Wallet, on the confirmation screen, click on the setting icon at the top right - there you can set the fee
 
I wish that guy send that 8 btc to my wallet accidentally, daaamn i will send back the 5 as thank you and take 3

probably he had btc farm and he "mistakenly" paid 8btc as fee, he mined his transacrtion and can declare it as an accident
