So i literially made my domain yesterday , built it up and upon looking on google for a keyword im using, its on page 7 of google, this is good for 1 day right? or should it be higher , i done an xrumer blast and a few other things

It depends on how much competition your keyword has, but as long as you keep the site updated and getting backlinks you should continue to see it move further up on google.
