I've found a fiverr gig where they promise to deliver 500k backlinks within ONE day using Gsa ser, the description is the following:

"Lists are scraped 24/7 with our custom footprints, at a speed of over 100,000 links scraped per minute with GScraper, we quickly create, sort and manage hundreds of thousands of links quickly.

Reports are NOT provided, links should be crawled by crawlers like Ahrefs, Majestic, etc."

We use the following tools:

GSA Search Engine Ranker
GSA Captcha Breaker
Scrapebox
GScraper + Additional Proxy Service Addon
Ultimate Demon (for social signals, not this gig)
100 Private Proxies (from InstantProxies)
ReverseProxies OCR Service (request via inbox BEFORE ordering if you would like this used, include gig quantity)
Monster Dedicated Server "

I've ordered and only 100 backlinks after two days of delivered work. I have been scammed?

I have most of the same tools and it takes me 104 campaigns, 1000 threads and 12 hours to create that many links. Nevermind getting them indexed.

I definitely think you've been "scammed". But since this is $5 were talking about (right?) you didn't really get scammed.
You just paid $5 and got a very short education.

For $5 you should not dream of anything other than junks. But at least you learned a good lesson.

Whether the OP paid $5 or $1,000, if he didn't get what he paid for then he's been scammed. In regards to the rest of the questions, use a little common sense. Please tell me that you didn't order this for a money site or for a clients site as from the sounds of it (Nothing personal), you don't sound like you really know what you're doing.

I'm nowhere near "expert" enough on SEO to understand 3/4 of what they promise and it sounds pretty "machine gun like", so it's likely at the lower end of the SEO pole! Two points I'd make, i) if you've only spent $5/10 on this, it ain't really going to matter, move on is probably best - there are actually some good Fiverr gigs, look for high rated gigs, with a lot of gigs on order, that's always a good sign and stick to just 3 or 4 of them. ii) If you have not, go grab yourself Scrapebox [SB], Captcha Sniper and a few shared private proxies, seriously there's 80-90% of even the best SEO plan in those 3 tools alone, even Captcha Sniper is something you don't need right away, if you're watching your money, heck SB can even provide public proxies to get yourself started at least. This way, YOU can build your own way to the top of Google, learn a skill and be a lot wiser in the online world.

Just my views, but something spamming the hell out of the web, ain't going to cut it in 2014. Good luck!

and if you sent them to your money site you better hope it's a churn and burn type of site.

The gigs over there I've looked at are usually around 5k-10k links and it takes them a few days. So that gig should have thrown up warning flags for you. Not to mention not supplying you with a list of all the backlinks. I would never buy from someone that isn't going to supply a list. Having said that, I suspect a ton of those links won't stick over time. That's the case with most of those types of things so you never end up with the full amount. It's also only been a couple days. It could take weeks for ahrefs etc to actually find all the links. But yeah. 500k links in 1 day? That's going to be a boatload of junk that are just going to screw you in the end.

Yes, it is churn and burn. And they also promise do index your links ONLY if you leave them a positive feedback (15 positive 100% at the moment)

Note: they promise 500k and after TWO days only 110 links on ahrefs...

Go and give them negative review to warn others. PM them saying you want full report as you dont believe links were made or you will take this case to the Fiverr.
He will say he will refund the money if you will stay cool and remove negative review.
Say you want money first as he scammed you and you dont trust him.
He will refund you.
Leave the review (as he cant do sh*t about it anyway) so others can see it.

Yes its probably a scam. Just like the old saying "You always get what you pay for".

In what world are you living in ? 5 bucks for 500k BL in 24h - even for churn and burn :) stop dreaming :) be happy with your 100k and try to get as much as possible in the next 5-7 days :) the rest kiss kiss goodbye your site :)

If that gig would be true, I'd be the king of churn & burn.

Doesnt really scream "legit" does it? At least you only lost a $5 but I would advise leaving a negative review to help your fellow internet buddies!

The gig owner say's to me that he will do Neg Seo with my domain if I leave him a negative feedback or if I ask a refund...

Why is this a scam OP ? Nowhere in the gig did the seller state that fixed no. of links will be submitted/made. They only say "lot of links" will be provided.

It was your fault you didn't read the gig properly before ordering.
