Are foreign domains okay for PBN(all contents are in english)? The site has really really good metrics, is clean, spam checked, all contents have been in english.

It's a .com.sg , so I'm not really sure how to register that/if it's good to use for a PBN?

The most important is the Niche if is the same niche then you have Score it.
Why not such extension have let say High authority backlinks.

Yes it's in the same niche, but how do I register a .com.sg I normally use namecheap, but i dont see an option to register a .com.sg or .org.sg

You can register .sg domains with namecheap, it is an expensive extension though ($45 a year) and you need to be a Singapore citizen.

This. Considering that you won't really bother with spending $45 per domain, it's easier to just check the prices and then start threads. Also, for all country TLDs, you have to be a citizen of the specific country. Officially that is. You can use fake details and everything, but if you screw up and don't do it right, your domain may get deleted from your user panel.

If you don't want to risk losing the domain for using fake contact details, you can use marcaria.com trustee service, they offer a real abroad contact and register it on your behalf. I don't know how much it costs but I suppose it's quite expensive.

Any domain is great for a PBN, if it has great backlinks. However, if it costs around $45 like the other members said, then it might not be worth it, but if you have a 50+ PBN network, then investing into this one can be good for diversity and a small boost.

Foreign domains are fine to rank your money sites. But I'm not sure you can reg a .com.sg domain.

Coming from singapore, you will need to register a company in sg to register a .com.sg domain
