This Dedi (xsserver) good for senuke-x, xrumer, scrapebox and more?

I'm looking for a dedi to run these tools:

Senuke-X
X-rumer 7
Scrapebox

It's for my personal sites. Around 20 sites.

I found this one on xs-server for 75 usd per month

• Intel Core I3 530 2X2.93 GHZ
• Dual Core
• 2X500 GB Hard Drive
• 4 GB DDR3 RAM
• 5000 GB Monthly Transfer
• 100mbit Uplink
• 2 IPs

After clicking to configurable options I can choose:

Operating system: I will choose windows server 2008 (free)

Raid: I have no idea what this is, should I keep it "No raid"?

Bandwidth upgrades:

100 mbit port, 5 TB bandwidth (included) <- is this enough?

I'm terrible sorry to ask these uber noob questions. I just want to run these tools but not on my pc and my connection is also not the best.

Or should I first try xs servers VPS untill I get the hang of it: the 1024 mb ram (35 usd) or the 2048 mb ram (65)?

Again, excuse me for these questions. Really hope somebody can advise me.

xrumer 7 elite its using alot of cpu i got that server and cpu ussage goes to 70-99
memory 45% i dont use sb or senuke on that server do. If u need to run those 3 software at the same time i guest u will need more hardware(not sure really) but thats my 2 cents
