This crazy bitch

Very good point. But I am not talking about true women fighting for human rights. I am talking about feminist who are use their strengths as a women and play it like its a weakness just to change. everyone person should be treated equally. Does not matter if its race, religion, or sex.
I think the past, in every part of the world has had incidents where a certain type of human was treated unjust. As the human species has evolved we have become extreamly efficent at everything we do. We have been to the moon for heaven's sake.
So for evreyone that has a reason to fight for basic human rights, You have my respect and I hope you get what you are fighting for.
Yeah! All 3.2 billion women on the planet should just shut their mouths about the thousands of years of oppression because of this one particular incident...

Sounds like something a 15 year old would say.

Thanks for the info... I did not know the person actually had to be news worthy to be able to record someone in a public place

That is not what I said. I said in order to use media that has a recognizable person in it, you need a models release to use the content for purposes other than reporting the news (and I should have said if you are creating satire about them).

You can film whatever you want to. You cannot use anyone's likeness in business without their permission (unless it is satire).

In this case, where she accuses someone of assault and it is untrue, it is a newsworthy event, and you would be fine using it.

Why wasn't she charged with filing a false report? Or did I miss something? The assault was only half the crime.
