When it come to social media and making money online, I trust BHW members any day over anyone else on the internet. It looked like a scam to me but I wanted to see what others thought. Also apparently this companies' Twitter is suspended. Problem solved I think.

Perhaps you're confused bro.
But Verifying your mobile on twitter and Twitter Account Verification aka Blue Tick accounts are two seperate things.
While you need a sim card for verifying your twitter account - which happens in minutes via a code sent to your SMS.
Blue Tick Verified accounts are meant for celebrities or individuals with high social rankings. They get a blue tick mark besides their profile names essentially telling everyone that the account belongs to the person it claims to be.
