Hello everyone, I found this channel: https://www.youtube.com/@TalentRecap. I checked it still makes money. Copyright belongs to Fremantle. This channel has no warning, copyright, etc. Video is 100% reuploaded, not for legal use.

Can someone tell me why?

Yes how do channels re-upload obviously copyrighted content and get away with it??
