Alright I spent over $400 on buying unique articles for my new adsense site at:

http://www.your-retirement-plan.info

And this fucking fag is scraping my content:

http://www.LINGERIE-THONGS-N-BIKINI.COM

my question is what can I do?

besides sending ddos and crashing his servers that is, or rooting the servers and deleting everything.

This really pisses me off, mostly because I spent my own cash buying those articles.

You need to sign up with copyscape. I believe they have a service that you can use that will protect your site. And they will stop people from copying your site.

I had some chinese fuckers copy an entire website of mine. Morons.

It is a total violation. I know how you feel!

Seeing as this guy actually doesn't hide behind domainnamesbyproxy or another service you could contact him as stated earlier. You could also serve a DMCA which would force him to take the contact down. I did notice however that the webhost is Canadian which might put be a little bump in the road.

lol just get over it and stop loosing time with this.

Google Webmaster Central ---> Report Duplicate Content

I couldn't see any of your content on the other website? If there is tell them to remove it! or have them put a link back to your website for each article they have. That way your getting backlinks to your site.

any way changing the subject you need to start building an opt-in list for this blog thats what you really need to do, then you will really be making an investment for your retirement? ;)

No good advice yet, so here you go.
Have scrapers work for you. How do you do this. Simple.

Go into your wordpress dashboard. First off you should be showing one full article only, it raises your adsense earnings and makes your page more targeted. Secondly, have your RSS summary only show two posts and make sure they are SUMMARIES.

Next, link to yourself on occasion. I do this about every three entries. Lets say I have a page about red seashells.

If I have red seashells in my first paragraph, I do a
Code:
<a href="yoursite.com">Red seashells</a>
.

Then when your articles get scraped you get a backlink to your site.

Here is the detail for the site owner.
Code:
Gajewski, Glenn
[email protected]
Webplus Inc.
4 Plantation Court
Saratoga Springs, New York 12866
United States
5185818844
Another info on him
Code:

hav a look at autoblogs and stuff like that while ur ddosing him ;)

Out of curiosity are you actually making money from this niche, because it doesn't seem like there are that many searches for the term "retirement planning" and there is so much competition?

Don't laugh, I just google map it, and I happen to know where it is ( if you just go north of the property you hit an apple orchid). yep it's real. I happen to ski about 2 hour east of this place. and I fish for trout about 4 miles away from it.

it's a mail drop or the real thing.

Hey, if you want to stop his scrapping just do a reverse whois on his domain and add a deny IP into you .htaccess file. This will stop automated scraping but not manual. If you want to ban his personal IP then create a script that logs IP's then when you notice a certain IP viewing excessive amount of pages repeatedly you'll know it's him and ban his IP. You can also configure your server to limit the number of bandwidth being used so that when you notice spike in activity it will isolate and lock out an ip. You can also do a similar setup where you set a counter relative to each IP address. Also adding some frame busting code might be good incase he uses a webbased proxy then his real IP will be revealed. You can also do a user agent check so that if he's auto scrapping and there is no user agent / valid user agent your site will just not display any content.

I needed a laugh to start the day. Thanks, Dave.

I know it's a beetch, wildcard, but apply some of the things from the demon and move on. Keep building and forget worrying.

I like to say FWN. "Blankem, who's next."
