This app doesn't make sense

Hi guys, what's the point of this app? How can you analyze standards and parameters if they don't exist? How can you tell that a piece of content is good by its metrics if the app doesn't care at all? TikTok is a Russian roulette, so many videos with horrible metrics that go viral while it's happening, completely frustrating
