Then using Facebook adverts to drive targeted traffic.

any ToS being broken?

No. As far as I know you are not breaking any rules or TOs.

You can always ask them, but in this case I think it's not necessary.

Using facebooks adverts to drive targeted traffics to a fanpage selling product from Clickbank is not against Facebook TOS ....i do that often.

No , it does not violate the rules in anyway , currently i am following this way and no it does not affect either of their tos.Go on buddy
