Maybe his comment is showed in his youtube posts also some of its subscribers come to dislike your videos in a short period of time so it talks to YouTube that your video is really bad and Youtube low its rank.

Seems to be too much of an effect by just comments.

Disable comments totally on the next video and see if the same thing happens.
