third party content- playable

hey,
I just find out, that one of my videos have third party content from lionsgate, and it says
Your video may include clips that are owned by a third party.


Your video is available and playable.


Here are the details:

i dont want to dispute, because probably they will block it, but if im going to leave like this maybe its gonna be playable? can I trim the video or delete it to remove copyright notice? its just dance scene from old van damme movie, there is plenty of them on youtube.

I have some vids that match third party content, it was
just the music that is in the vid, I did not dispute the fact,
I was just not able to monetize the vid with ads.

I just wonder If they going to do something with it IF im going to leave it this way, because I think this notice about 1 week old, so I suppose its ok if its not banned yet. IDK really
