Thinking of making a Youtube channel

I found a good niche and a way to get content for a channel on YouTube. Any suggestions? I feel like it'll be hard to get partnership

to create a yt channel is free, so the worst thing that can happen is you waste time
 
If you deliver value, there is no wasting time. There will be some audience even it is not growing to the stars.

Just start doing it you will explore things you don't know along the way
 
When you say "partnership" do you mean people who will pay you to mention their brand of do you want a partner with the channel? I have some unused monetized channels that you can use to earn money via adsense if that is what you are looking for but if you mean brand sponsors it does take a lot of viewers before people are willing to pay.

The monetized channels are the way to go. I have one that made $12 on one view so if it is the right nice you can make great money.
