Thinking of developing a service

Hi dudes and dudettes

I am thinking of starting an online "seo" service.

But i have no idea on where to start. The service should include marketing through facebook & twitter. Also to every bookmark sites like pligg, stumbleupon etc.
Included it should be an RSS submitter. Submit to all searchengines and a pinging tool.

With really low $$ and frankly no experience, is it worth it or should i kill the idea right now? I guess i could JV with someone who can sell twitter and facebook accounts.

So what do you think? What would be aprox cost?

Just me brainstorming since i need some bucks.
