If you have to ask for advice here you might as well spend more time doing market research. If it's a really good deal others from here will snap it up now. Don't spend money on sites if you are not on top of your game. Better to let one chance pass then to pay money for crap.

0 unless the niche of the site is something that can be monetized easily.

There are many sites similiar on Flippa so Im not worried, I just want to hear others opinions.

In general, what is a site with those stats worth?

This particular site is a ebook site, small sales so far, about $20 a day

not sure but I don't want to get a .info domain. In addition, it uses duplicate content so way less attractive.
