Thanks for that screen, nice sells.

Also if you look at this from Paypal's standpoint, they are doing this because there are plenty of dodgy sellers as well...So they want to protect themselves and buyers too.

As always, most of genuine sellers have to go through all these safety procedures simply because there's that 1-2% of scammers who spoil it for everyone.

Because there is no one size fits all answer and there shouldn't be. It's based off of multiple factors. My 21 day hold was not a 21 day hold because I had a long standing account, my first 3 sales were positive, and they quickly confirmed they received the items. You fuck up some of those factors and they won't look positively at you.
