^^ Gotta say.. these posts have been nice, except the one dude who's like "you'll get screwed either way no matter which program you use.."
I do deep link analysis, and I create tiers and use GSA SE and UD for bookmarking/web 2.0 purposes for tier linking. I had all my clients ranked in top 5-10 for the most competitive phrases in their industry, but slowly, a few of them have gone to from ranking top 10 for the past 5 years to now disappearing completely off SERP keyword by keyword.
I am shifting around all my methodologies and doing research here where there are many knowledgeable people... I just feel that Senukex creates a lot of crappy low quality links if you're only using the Wizard... I'm going to create a custom list and try that out based on the suggestions here, see how the results go after that.
A lot of the anchor texts were exact match from pre-penguin, and I got hit hard on those. So right now I'm refining my strategy and probably have to disavow some of those links. Actually, my percentage for exact match anchor texts ranges between 5%-20% out of all total backlinks, so it hasn't been an issue. However, the problem might be that I have some overwhelming synonyms repeating far too much. Like in one case, I had a 90% usage of the anchor text 'Toronto' for the location, so that would be a good reason for me to get rid of some links or add a lot more diversity.
Other than Youtube, are there any good guides here on creating custom lists using SenukeX? I've tried to play around with the program but I don't have enough time on my hands at the moment and found the wizard useful in the past; since that's no longer an option, I'd appreciate anyone who might be able to pass on a little knowledge on the program.
