I was thinking about creating completely free software that would allow you to put in the URL of your video and it would get you views/comments/ratings. Basically how it would work is when you put your video url into the software it sends it to a database, while your software is running you will be watching five other videos (a minute each), that runs inside the program (you can't see/hear the browsers) and other people will be pulling your URL from the database and watching your video. Now this would only work if the software became popular and there were a lot of people with the software open and I don't know if that would happen. I was thinking about using the youtube API to leave comments and likes on the video, but I'm worried that youtube has already put a system in place that would remove a video if all of it's comments/likes were coming from the API. I don't know what do you guys think?
