Over the years I've seen a few article rewriter services/software but never bought a membership or anything. I've pretty much looked at their features to glean ideas for my own programs. All of which have been for personal use, mostly for testing.
A few years ago I built a G translate tool that broke down articles by paragraph under the character limit in bulk. But the code is obsolete and G has since changed their code. Plus I've just been writing my own content.
But as of late I've had projects needing content at a faster pace than I can keep up with. So I'm thinking about building an article rewriter tool. The rewriting will be done via translations using web based services already available. It'll be automating the translation process.
Objects are to:
- I haven't done anything but somewhat pseudo-coded this project out.
And actually not even.
- I'll probably build it with Ubot.
I was going to build it with C# and Selenium (or something) but that's going to take way more time than I want to dedicate to this. Ubot is way faster devwise for what this is going to do.
- I'm more than likely going to build it this month.
- I probably won't be releasing it to market because I don't do updates and shit for the buying public. This is purely a brainstorm that could turn to a beta test.
The features I've thought of so far...
Support 3 Platforms (as mentioned before)
I've seen a few inqueries as to if a tool like this is out there on BHW so I thought I'd see what other features folks would think of.
What features would you recommend?
The people suggesting the best features may be able to beta test it when I build it.
Below is a screenshot of the UI from the G translate bot I threw together a few years ago when I was testing articles one at a time.

Objects are to:
- beat the translator character limits
- not have to pay for bulk translations or premium services
- give user more command over process of rewriting via the ui
- maintain quality and meaning of content

- G translate
- Deepl
- Quill
- 5 language translation cycles per article at a time.
- Bulk translation settings - save translated article to .txt file or save to spreadsheet in cell
