Thinking about a no-code app

So I've read a few threads on the subject and am still researching atm but I'm thingking of developing an app using one of the many no-code products out there. My one major requirement is that I need to add real time GPS tracking (I work in Logistics and need to monitor vehicles on the road) and I need the phone / app to act as the tracker.

Does anyone have any experience / advise on how to get into this?

I also think that further down the line I may get this custom coded but I want to learn / understand how the data works under-the-hood so I can control and adapt the app to 'perfection'.

As a developer that has used some of those tools in the past, i dont think its worth it.

Also you wont probably be able to "adapt", you gonna have to redo (aka code) the entire app again.

No-code apps are fine for basic stuff or learning, but for more specific things its not that good.

Just my 2 cents.
