So long story short the 48 hr way pasted and I got nothing, took him days to replay and still nothing. At this point I opened a claim with paypal to get my money back and Figure his turn around and communication is totally fucked or he thought he was gonna make some extra cash and not give me shit

Totally right, my fault on this one. My communication was bad and everything, but I've had a couple of problems during these days. I saw the claim yesterday and tried to refund but Paypal is not letting me, even though I'm not on negative or anything. So I thought to purposely not answer the claim so you will win it. I'm sorry for the trouble.
 
Tokarev also tried to scam me, or at least is playing the same game.

I have her entire personal information, but I'll make a new post later.
 
Hi guys, 3 days ago I messaged with Tokarev about a Bot that I need. The price of 350$ was agreed with 50% down payment but only if it was delivered in 24 hours.

The only reason I ordered from him is because his Itrader score was great. I did not know you can obviously get fake Itrader reviews.....

Long story short, 2 days later nothing had happened. Every time I ask for update or give him/her a limit, he comes with a new explanaition why it doesnt work yet. They always sound like legit reasons, but after 48 Hours I just want to know whats going on. Today he actually replied a couple times, and seemed angry that I was not patient, and that he has emergencies and what-not(yeah right)

I have the Data of the Paypal-Owners name and company Adress. I also searched the Internet and have a LinkedIn profile, and so on.

I have not yet made a Paypal Konflikt, I hope you guys can help me

Last I heard from him was June 9th, he said he was working on it. I filed a paypal claim on June 12th to get my money back, He has not answered paypal or me. I payed him on June 5th half and he said it had a 24-48 hr turn around.

Odd, I tired contacting you on here via pm on the June 12th. On skype on June 11, 12th No answer. The Paypal claim has not been even answered by you. I Can post Screen shots even.

I merged grexy's thread rather than approving it separately. We only need the one thread. Grexy, how about posting some logs of what transpired (personal info removed of course).

In addition philwasted sent me screenshots which were little more than what he already posted above. I won't be adding them as they're not needed.

Let me make this perfectly clear, if you post ONE more post outside of this SLs before it is wrapped up, I will ban you on the spot.

Get your butt back in this SL and respond to what has been posted and start the refunds IMMEDIATELY or you are gone.

You have 48 hours - period. No excuses - make them happen.

Hi guys,

I got scammed by Tokarev too. We agreed about a HTML site that he would make for me. I payed him the same day as we made the arrangement. It was on june 4th. He said he had it done by june 10th. I tried to contact him many times. He answered me 5 days ago and said he had some stomach issues. He said he tried to finish it that evening. I didn't hear from him since then.

I hope you guys can help me.

OS Tokarev is obviously a scammer. I had a project that he was going to work on too, but I never hired him because I had more knowledge on the project and coding in general than he did..... My Advice for any blackhatter's on this forum that are looking to hire someone for a bot/any kind of project is.

A. Almost never mess with anyone that doesn't have at least 100 posts or is a Jr. VIP
B. Question the coder thoroughly on what coding method's he will use to get your project done, and his knowledge of coding
C. If you don't have prior history with the coder pay half upfront, and the other half when the project is complete.

Seriously from talking to Tokarev for a second on skype I knew he was a scammer. lol

I would also say if your gonna pay someone via paypal Always use I'm paying for goods or services because if they scam you. You can get your money back via a claim

also thank you oldsalt in dealing with it.
 
Update:
I now Konfrontet him on Skype.

He was just talking about, how I want to scam him, that I am so mean, and that I can suck a black ****.

Also, after I called in a Paypal Konflikt, he replied in the Conflict Comments, that I am the actual Scammer, that he sent me the software and did everything properly. He is also stating that it was definetly a CUSTOM made virtual product, and is so trying to get paypal guidelines on his side.
I wrote paypal an extra message that I can proove in my conversations what happened.

Also I noticed (messaged with the other guy who got scammed) that he is using different Fake Paypals (not so stupid, the little boy). Please message me the Paypal Adresses which he scammed you with, so I can sum them all and send them to Paypal with the hope that they can delete the accounts

Isn't there any way to get through to the email adress, Tokarev used to sign up in BHW? Maybe we can get a name from that

We are not a detective agency and there are privacy issues - yes, even for a banned scammer. Our only recourse is to ban the account, which has been done.

That is why we recommend people to do their own due diligence BEFORE sending someone money for a product or service. Look at account history and see how long they've been a member, what they've posted about. Basically, how much time and effort they have invested into their account. Is what you're sending them enough that it could have been worth their time to lose the account, especially when you add it to what they could be getting from a few others like yourself, then you should pass - and look for someone with more to lose. Maybe even a BST owner since they GENERALLY are very good sources with alot more invested (time and money) into their account.

In the end, remember, anyone can sound legit via pm or skype. And if a person has been a member for only 2-3 months with a bunch of recent posts... maybe that should raise a flag of doubt.
