Think i could get a refund from market samurai?

I purchased MS less than 30 days ago. 22 days to be exact. I'm considering a refund since the functionality has gone downhill rather quickly since my purchase.

Do you think they would issue a refund in my case? or do you think I should just do a chargeback on paypal?

Have you read there policy, i would start there. Email them regardless (it cant hurt). Express why you want a refund and if they cannot meet what your looking for than the software really isnt for you.

Always contact them first before trying a chargeback, as your card company will want to know what recourse you've tried and whether you've made an effort to put things right with the seller.

Why would you file a chargeback before even asking them first?

I f**king hate people who just chargeback for no reason. It's totally unneccessary and is extremely expensive for the vendor who can't do anything about it.

i wasnt gonna do a chargeback without asking them first. i did email them explaining the situation.

i will update with their response later.
