Things to look out for when buying a channel?

So I'm in the process of buying a channel from someone. Was wondering what are the stuff that needs to be done.

First is change ownership rights by changing the email to mine ...and also removing their adsense account from the channel is there anything else I'm missing out? Can yall help to think ?thanks

I recommend that you move the AdSense account to your own email.
