IM is harder than anyone first realizes, most people that are successful in IM would not have started if they knew how difficult it was going to be. But for some reason they stuck it out and became successful.

What I have learned is that you need to constantly monitor changes. I use CL maybe 2-3 time a year to rent out my properties. However, given that I am often out of State I need to make sure my adds stick no matter where I am. Even posting once a day on CL can be a problem if one isn't up-to-date with what's going on so every few weeks I post a test ad to make sure my accounts still work.

Hard to find some one who is into IM for a decade. All the members in this forum has a lot to learn from you. In your experience you would have seen the technology change, from small low end computers till super fast computers, simple mobile phones to smart phone. We People struggle for Even a update in panda by Google but you had grown along with a lot of change and hope you will share those experience with us!
