We have a nice website with nice content and rankings, I am planning to start a some other section in the same website related to tech news. I am planning each article 300 words and 4 articles per week to publish. Do u think that effects the website rankings which helps in generating leads?.

Our news section would be like : domain.com/technews

Don't go for thin content. Go for atleast 500words quality content. Content should be native, readable and unique.

agree with the others. Quality is important, but you should go for more longer articles. Big benefit of longer content is also that you can use another keyword variation in each h tag. If you have 300 words only you limit your potential since you are less likely to rank for many variations.

can you inbox me for full details

I agree with previous comments. 300 words is not enough for a high-quality text, and quality is crucial if you want to rank well. It’s better to post fewer high-quality articles than bad content.
