Hi all,

Recieved: MANUAL ACTION
Thin content with little or no added value

This site appears to contain a significant percentage of low-quality or shallow pages which do not provide users with much added value (such as thin affiliate pages, cookie-cutter sites, doorway pages, automatically generated content, or copied content).

I do use an affiliate i-frame, but other than that everything else is original, and i believe high quality engaging content... i wrote a great reconsideration request.. and listed all improvements iv done (checked for any broken links, added 3 or 4 high quality articles, added a video, added some social media, checked all grammer and spelling again...... but i got the same response today - still manual thin content or no added value??

I have nothing to hide, so can someone help? the site is lifeinsurance4you (www. and .co.uk)

This would make a great case study to BHW communtity, should we be sucessfull with the reconsideration
and i dont want to churn and burn as spent many hours and money on it

From my "user" approach experience, I find it fairly hard to navigate through your blog. First, I have to click on "insurance blog", then "more" and then click once again to open the article. Your content is indexed in google, but it's pretty damn well hidden for a regular user.

This may be a bit farfetched, but let's see this from a Google employee point of view.
You go to work and you have to do few dozes, if not hundreds of manual actions per day. You have merely few minutes for each website to play God.
He comes to your website, clicks here and there, see affiliate links, won't even bother with checking your "more" option there, so he says to himself, yeh feck it, no content, manual action it is then.

Your articles are mostly 500 words as well... I use 500 - 600 words for inner pages too, but so far so good, but I avoid Webmaster tools like a plague.

Ok, i can see most of the pages indexed.... il make some tweaks to the blog accessibility ? any other ideas?

bump///still searching for ideas

same here i got same issue. please help?
