Thieves outsourcing robbery stakeouts to PPH

I just received this in my email from PPH:

"you have been selected to bid first for the Job "I need to know the addresses of empty homes in Cardiff UK, with owner details. ""

What is PPH? I don't see any redflags here at all... I guess they will not make any noises when the owners are at home and they just want to be considerate neighbors. I think they may be using it to set up a website where people can access this data and make noises at home accordingly. "Good neighbor policy" ... you should read between the lines before you pass judgments on others (jk)
