@BassTrackerBoats just to understand the rules correctly - I'm not allowed to ask people about other websites, groups, forums, etc. after they promoted it? I understand that I can't promote such groups or websites myself, but I never knew that people can't ask about it. I couldn't find this in the rules.

The other party in the PM not only didn't promote an outside forum or group, he ignored those who asked which group it was.
He did lie to support and say the other party promoted it though which is not true.

The group was not mentioned... all the other party did was say he was a member of a group and he would not share the name despite being asked multiple times.
He sent in a support ticket that was handled by someone else.
You can ask the question but should you ask about specific groups (i.e. tell me the name of that group you mentioned in the forum) that is "Discussion of Prohibited Content and Activities".
