They copying my YT video

oh, do not reveal too much, you know why 
you may pm them one by one but i doubt everyone of them will obey you, i suggest you to use youtube copyright complaint form to completely clear them out at once, you can submit all the video urls in one go, if youtube confirm that you are the first uploader and own the copyright, all other videos will be taken down

Lodge a complaint with YouTube for copyright infringement, and move on and learn from the experience, as Well as watermarking mention during the video something like, the tutorial is brought to you by, and plug your site and you can also give a little sales pitch as well through out the video.
as mentioned, a big transparent watermark as well that can't be blurred out. But there is not allot you can do, I'm guilty as I'm sure allot on here are too for ripping videos then re uploading.
think about it in future as if you were ripping a video. What would it take for you to not even be bothered ripping a video, and do it.

I'm quite sure that the guy who stole your video belongs to BHW. Most threads (especially CPA and PPD related tutorials) share this idea of downloading videos from youtube, watermarking them and uploading them again under their account for their benefit. Later, this is how it feels to the owner of the video.
So, guys, I request you all to instead prepare your own videos or hire someone to do it (nowadays, you get freelancers at a pretty cheap price). Even I had some of my videos copied. It's really irritating.
EDIT: OP, just fill out the complaint form and hope that those videos are taken down. Good luck. And don't watermark your website across the video. As a viewer, it'll be irritating. Better include your site in the audio and do the normal watermarking you've been doing. That's what I do.

when you recording the video, just go to your website and show step by step what user have to do

I reported a video that copied mine and it was taken down in less then an hour.
The dumb ass didnt even blur out my screen name to the GPT I was promoting, all he did was change the music.
he even turned it in to the GPT site expecting payment, lmfao
The admin banned him and told me, I flagged the video and boom, case closed.
But I flagged it as spam, because actually YT hates spammy vids promoting websites.
Not sure what your vid contains, but flagging them for spam/misleading might be a better option.
IMO YT relies on the public to handle that part for them.
PM me their links, I will help you by reporting them for spam,
again, in my experiences, it works.
That is if they are infact a spammy, referral link type of vid, and if so, I wouldnt be reporting them as copying you, it may result in your own videos taken down as well.

if the video you flag is your own and you're flagging it, youtube will scan for other videos that look like it and take them down also so in a way... you're pretty much digging your own grave
best 'anti-download' technique is to use 'flashy' and moving graphics so that it's hard for copy cats to blur it out without damaging the video in a manner that would make it useless
depending on niche i recommend using HUD like graphics ... i usually create custom borders for my videos with items going out of the border and inside of the 'sales area' so if someone dares download my vid they'd better be good with Adobe / Sony products to actually be able to use my video to promote themselves
