The other party, AMAZON WEB SERVICE, sells simple email service SES accounts. One account is worth about $350. We contacted him via BHW PM. After agreeing on the price and also because he is a RANKED JR. VIP member, I made the payment. When he forwarded the account to me, I could not provide a login that matched the login information provided. He then ignored my messages and foolishly denied it.


After I told them I would open a dispute against the other party, they took advantage of the privileges BHW grants to the other party in such cases and asked me for 48 hours. This request was not to refund my account, but rather to defraud others.

Information For The Accused

The accused has been permanently banned from BlackHat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

ironically he made a forum suggestion post few days ago (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/buyer-paid-10000-and-they-have-nothing-attention-admin.1768214/) about a dispute and when come to his own dispute handling he didn't even care to reply here.
