This is probably like the 50th time someone has tried to do that. Until they realize BHW get crazy Google love and outranks them for every thread/post and their dbs and server fills up real quick. Adding the phishing twist to it though and it might actually be profitable for this guy if he can get some accounts and scam or whatever he's trying to do.
 
There's lots of sites stealing stuff from BHW. This is nothing new.
