this error appear when trying to buy my domain with master card "payoneer"

That error can be caused by a number of things. Many times it can just be due to trying to apply a promo code that isn't compatible with the order. Other times it might be an issue with the payment method itself. I'd suggest removing any promo code and retrying the order. If that doesn't work, it's usually best to check with your payment provider next. If they report no issues with the payment method, I'd recommend getting connected to our support team.

If you have a PayPal account and the merchant accepts PayPal payments, try linking your Payoneer card with PayPal, so you'll be funding the PayPal payment with your Payoneer card balance. Not guaranteed that this will work, but worth a try, if the direct Payoneer card payment fails.

Or judging by that message, it can be that you only need to verify your Payoneer card with them. I don't know the exact process especially without knowing the site, but it can be that - similarly to PayPal - they put a small charge on your Payoneer card (later they refund it), you need to check your Payoneer history looking for their transaction with a code, what you need to enter on the site of the domain provider.
