100 watch hours isn't a lot. Just start fresh and make better titles and thumbnails. And it could simply be that no one is searching for what you are providing as content.

You can't believe after how much days I got that much hours. But my question is will the youtube will detect if I upload the same videos in other channel ?
 
They will detect it. Just start fresh. Make good content with good thumbnails and titles.
