I have been trying to rank sales pages on subdomains for three weeks now, doing backlinks on forums profiles and blogs!
the results was not been so good as the subdomains have not been index or even bring me any money in!!
Is that subdomain not good for the work or i missing something?

He has a site set up EX. cleaning.com Then off of the main site he has subdomains EX. CharcoalGrills.cleaning.com
He has been trying to rank them for 3 weeks and not having any luck. They are not indexed and not bringing him any money in.
Do subdomains have a problem ranking?

Now I would like to add my own question in.

When building a large site would you be better of using subdomains for different sections that do not relate to one another, or just make seperate sections inside your main site?
When I say they do not relate I mean as in Car speakers - Charcoal Grills. They are related in a round about way and each one has multiple sections for itself.
