There has to be a better way

Anyone else find it nuts that when going through any thread there are hundreds of pages with post of just "sample" or "send discount" "order placed"

I feel that those posts just pollute the thread and make it almost impossible to go through the thread to find any useful information such as a review or an actual experience or even basic communication between the op and people asking genuine questions.

Anyone have a way to filter out all the nonsense and be able to see only the posts of value?

In my opinion there should be a forced tag when you make a post i.e you have to select what kind of post you are making:
1. asking for sample
2. order placed
3. discount request
3. general question
4. general post

that way people reading the thread can filter out the useless posts and actually be able to read the thread without going through 100s of pages of "send me sample" or "discount"

Anyone have an opinion on this?

For success in internet marketing, make it a practice and a habit to dig, explore and filter, in order to find the "gems". It is all part of the fun in internet marketing. Because not every internet marketer has the patience to dig, explore and filter, in order to find the "gems" and that is why not all internet marketers achieve the same results.
Just like in gemstones mining, where the overlying minerals or rocks are removed to reach the gemstones-bearing rocks. The gemstones-bearing rocks are then washed by jets of water under high pressure to obtain the gems. These are then sent to treatment plants for further processing. In the same way, in internet marketing as well, this process of digging, exploring, filtering, etc is the ONLY way to find "gems", no matter if here at BHW or in any other forum or in Google search or in YouTube.
However, as far as spammy "sample please", etc is concerned, BHW staff is already aware of this and they do the job / tasks quite well on an ongoing basis and they know what they need to keep doing about it.
As users of this or any other forum, let us pull up our socks, perhaps use strong cups of caffeinated coffee and get a shovel and get to work in digging, exploring, filtering and get our gems and make money .... That is the ONLY way nowadays, to make money in internet marketing. No pain, no gain.

Never thought about that. Doesn't bother me very much. It's pretty easy to go through the pages and find the reviews, as those tend to be the larger texts.

I do question the practice of giving free copies to a bunch of people. Some times i see pages and pages of everyone asking for free copies.

you mean marketplace threads right ? i see that a lot too and its actually tiring going through page after page just to see service reviews.

Yes, I'm mainly referring to sales threads
