There any program in the world which will hide connection information by proxy?

Tries register on the page via proxy selected country, but website still detected i connected via proxy.
Is there a prescription for it ?

You were probably using a transparent(L3) proxy. You probably need something that wont leak your ip or the fact that you're connecting from a proxy at all. Basically you want to look for elite L1 high-anonymous proxies. That'll hide your ip and any traces that you're using a proxy.
