Absolutely not recommended.

My service got discontinued while I was working on my wordpress site without any notice for using a simple plugin (media cleaner) which used 60-80% of the resources of my shared hosting. I even constantly checked the cpanel to make sure it didn’t go to 100%. This Provider made me lose 4 hours of work and banned me because in the email I said: “why the fuck did you suspend my server without any notice”, therefore making me impossible to backup as I was actively working.

An email or simple ticket message should have been sent to me to prevent this issue, shutting down services without any notice makes the customer lose his files.

The worst part is that the provider refused to give me back my last 4 hours of work (a zip of the database could be fine) but refunded my 2.7 euros I had in the account balance.

I guess this is a good thing as I was just about to launch the site and upgrade to the 8gb vps, I redid my 4 hours work and looking for a serious host.

and you abused the resources continuously, and for days. When your account was suspended you abused our team, that is the thing we cannot tolerate at any cost,
you have been refunded although you were not eligible for refund because it was not in your account funds it was the invoice paid already, and when refund has been made,
there was no ethical reason to submit such a review here.

still we believe in good customer care, but dont blame us when you abuse our team and server resources. (screenshot of resource abuse is attached herewith for reference)

I was in the same situation, and I simply contacted them like a professional and they told me that I have abused the resources and I have upgraded the plan after seeing the reports of usage. This seller is been here for a long time and by FAR THEY HAVE BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT I HAVE SEEN. So be ethical and professional with people and they will definitely help you.
