    vb.net is a language. It is not visual. Winforms, Webforms or WPF is on the other hand. Though theming in Winforms is not advisable. go with WPF instead if you need a desktop application.

    Edit: I know Visual is part of visual basic, but still, it's a language and does not necessarily represent a visual interface as you most probably mean.
