Themes enhanced for monetiziation?

I have been investigating a bit, and found about some themes that are specially made to display ads easily , afilliate marketing, etc.
I looking for something flexible, open to several forms of monetization-i am supernoob, I am starting with ad sense maybe, but I want to be flexible- a theme that allows insertion banners/codes/etc without need to code. There is such a thing?

I have my niche, domain and hosting. In fact, I made a few posts on the blog, but is all super new.
I just wanted to know if you can recommend some plugin,theme or software that helps and makes monetization more convinient.
I heard about some software that automaticaly places the ad in the blog. I want to concentrate on writing content, and not break my tired mind with coding or figuring out why a banner is obstructing or covering my text or image.
Maybe I am not being clear cuz I am not a native in this language.

I'm in the same boat. looking for a high-converting theme that would entice to sell my affiliate products. I'm trying a couple themes now but would rather use an already working one. Following ..
