I came across an interesting website... It is a marketplace for smartphone apps where you can buy and sell apps.

Nice idea. Though this looks more like Flippa for smartphone apps. If it was like Themeforest you would be able to sell an app to more than one person, which will make the app cheaper to buy and harder to unique/sell in iOS/GPlay

Agree, themeforst is selling products that can be used repeatably, not just one off apps.
