I'm looking for someone to build good quality themed links, to help one of my websites reach the top of Google.

There are three main factors that I will consider when hiring someone.

a) Price
b) Proof of successful link building they've done.
c) Reports of all links built

The first one of those keywords is fairly easy and you can get on the first page just by ordering at least the 1k backlink package from the site in my sig.

The other two are harder but not impossible for first page and then even higher and we could do some SEO on them with a minimum monthly budget of $1,500 for 3 months minimum.

Thanks for the replies. $1500 a month is well beyond my budget. It's not even close to That. They're already ranking 5th in google for the first phrase. They're on page 2 for the second phrase, and on page 5 for the 3rd phrase.
