Theme with categories on frontpage?

I'm looking for a theme that displays the latest posts from each category on the front page and has the links to the categories on the header. Basically, a theme that makes WP look like a professional site. I tried Revolution but it provides no documentation to get it set up at all

All you need is anything with a sidebar. Then add the categories widget in.
