Theme suggestions

Hey guys.. I want to change my WP theme. My site is a technology news website. Currently, I'm using Newspaper theme which is nulled. But due to the limitations, I want to switch to another theme. I could buy the Newspaper theme but its quite expensive for me now. Another option is I had purchased some theme named Newsportal Pro from Mystery themes months ago, and I'm thinking about going back to it, but due to the design, I don't wish to use it anymore. What are your suggestions on the best tech website themes?
N/B: Should not cost more than $30
