Theme options still appear after deleting the theme (Wordpress)

I switched to a new wordpress theme and deleted the previous one. But a page still appears like the previous theme is still activated. Other pages are OK.
The same happens with a plugin. Its functions still appear even it is disabled and deleted.
I clearer the cache, transients, installed another theme, but nothing works.
Any help?

Have you flushed your browser cache? CDN cache if you use it?

Try SiteGround Optimizer plugin and activate fast Cache

If you try @RoiBox suggesion first, and even try in a different browser to make sure too, and then if still issue, name the theme, it might have a parent theme preventing it, and people know about it, or worst case, it might be hacked theme. Did you purchase the theme directly?

I was using Perfmaters and tried all the settings, but seems it doesn't do the job as should do. Siteground Optimizer looks powerful.

Use the SiteGround Optimizer plugin
After that use fast Cache option this may Help you!
and more point you can use WP Reset Plugins it will change all the stuff to default
